Construction pre-employment requirements
At DCM, we are committed to hiring responsible and safety-conscious employees. Most of our job opportunities across Canada demand a high degree of accountability, which makes it necessary for us to conduct pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
Each province has its own set of requirements for tradespeople. In practice, this may mean a mandatory certificate of competency, as is the case for all skilled trades hired by DCM.
For most trades, interprovincial agreements ensure that a provincial card from one province is recognized in all the other provinces.
